Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging with Verdant Roots Collective consulting services.

1. Consulting Agreements

By requesting a soil audit or agronomy consultation, you agree to provide safe access to the requested acreage for our technicians. Scheduling is subject to seasonal availability, and weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling.

2. Agronomic Recommendations

Our regenerative strategies, including cover crop blends and no-till transitions, are based on rigorous soil science and regional data. However, agriculture involves inherent variables (weather, pests, market fluctuations). Verdant Roots Collective does not guarantee specific cash crop yield outcomes or carbon market payouts.

3. Intellectual Property

The methodologies, proprietary cover crop blend ratios, and written consultation reports provided by Verdant Roots Collective remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for use on your specific operation.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
